What Allan Ting shares here on his TEDx Talk, which I totally resonate with and love his acronym - ‘AIR’. This he demonstrates with the use of words and the Yoga pose ‘Tree Pose’ for the Integration part, which is really key.
Personally for me as someone who never gives up, the Rejuvenation side is what really caught me out in the past. Oh yes, and as I’m not perfect, I still feel the body reminding me, when I edge towards being out of balance… which points to my consistency.

Basics For Eating Better To Fight Off The Signs Of Burnout.
Start eating the right or better foods on a daily basis, better being Nutrient Dense Foods.
Watch what you drink, consume lots of water, herbal teas or green teas, every day.
Avoid sugar in your diet, swap products containing white flour, for brown or granary/wholegrain, reduce salt intake, and certainly avoid highly processed foods and beverages.
A healthy, balanced diet keeps your body and your mind from stressing out and can additionally help you fight off signs of burnout.
